Weight loss fight

Back fighting my weight. My body seems to want to hold on to the pounds I gained dealing with cardiac issues. It’s been a big struggle and it’s getting me down. I’ve cut calories, I work out five days a week, and yet I’m still 20 pounds overweight. I have lost 4 pounds but I feel like I should have lost more by now. I guess I just expect to see more progress. I know with PCOS I’m going to have an uphill battle thanks to insulin resistance, but sometimes I wish I didn’t have to fight my body so much…
